Here are my recommendations (I don’t use electrolytes, ketones, etc) – this is what I use and LOVE myself:
Almond Butter Brownie Bars
Unflavored Collagen Powder
NEW: Flavored Nut Butters
MCT C8/C10 Oil (but it’s out of stock)
I like the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough keto bars too (all their bars are great, those are just MY two favorites).
The 3-flavor variety pack of the new flavored nut butters is the best value, but MY favorite is Snickerdoodle – with Chocolate Hazelnut pulling a CLOSE second. They’re all great though!
